10 YEAR WARRANTY
We offer a 10-year warranty for all Apollo Throne ergonomic chairs purchased directly from our website. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service. If a defect arises during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective part or product at no charge.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, or damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence. The warranty does not cover any third-party products or accessories used in conjunction with our chairs.
To file a warranty claim, please contact Apollo Throne customer service at enquiries@apollothrone.com. Proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue will be required. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
